What should I do if I haven't got a confirmation email once purchased?
Sorry to hear this. We send these pretty speedily after each successful purchase so if it hasn’t landed in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder just in case!
Then, drop us a message either through Facebook messenger or via our contact us page and we will check it at our end and resend the confirmation email.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
There is a small window from the time you place the order to the point it is ready to be shipped out that we can try and update the address for you.
The fastest and best way to update an address on your order is by chatting us via FB messenger or drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I cancel my order?
Delivery time is between midday Thursday and Friday. We accept cancellations all the way up to midday Thursday (Dhaka Time).
Is your price fixed?
Whatever price is advertised, those prices are fixed.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Paying in Bangladesh: Cash on delivery or bKash. Additional 15 bdt charged for a payment of 1000 bdt when payment is made through bKash.

How can I get a copy of the invoice?
We send pdf invoice as an attachment with your order confirmation email. You may also download a copy of your invoice from here.

How often do you ship?
At this stage once a week.
When will you deliver my products?
Within 24 – 48 hours of the produce clearing customs at Dhaka airport.
Is there a delivery charge?
We want you to enjoy our fruits without worrying about delivery charges. So, for the time being there is no delivery charges.
Do you deliver outside of Dhaka?
At the moment, we are delivering within Dhaka only.
