I'm gonna be completely honest with this review. When I first came across this page, I had some doubts. I thought,... there is simply no way someone can send fruits all the way from Australia, and it will be delivered looking and tasting as fresh as they are claiming it would! So I started going through the page's review section, looking for photos people posted of their orders. When I saw the review pictures, the fruits somehow looked even better than the ones they have on the page! That made me even more curious, and I started going through their posts. When I saw the prices, I thought wait, that can't be right! These seem...very reasonable, if not cheap. Are they disclosing the full amount? So, with all of these questions in my mind, I knocked the page and asked for details. The owners were so very nice and explained everything so beautifully, I was amazed beyond words! I placed my first order, which was for the summer cherries. Got my delivery within 3/4 days. When I opened the box and saw the cherries, my heart literally jumped with joy, just because how beautifully vibrant red, almost burgundy they were! With high expectations, I took the first bite, and it was one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted in my life! I cannot describe in words just how delicious the cherries were! This was the second time I ordered from here and the service at the end of the chain has been disappointing both times.... last time, the delivery people demanded money for a prepaid order and this time when the order reached my parents in Dhaka, it was missing items and there was no explanation given. The delivery people blatantly said these products never reached dhaka and on being pressurised, returned the money to my parents. What is really disappointing again is the utter lack of communication. You ask a zillion times before I place the order and once that part is done, you dont even feel the need to notify about missing products or be courteous enough to offer a refund.read more

I’m very happy with their service. I was waiting for fresh raspberries for long two years to get from any where of... the world. Raspberries are very sensitive fruits. I failed two times to bring them. However, I got AL1F, There Is NO better and ordered for raspberries. They brought raspberries from Australia and were going to deliver those. All on sudden, they called me and said sorry that they had raspberries which were fresh but on delivery date they were not satisfactory quality to use. I was really surprised and astonished to see their honesty and responsibilities!!! Jamil bhai personally did message that they wanted to give me fresh raspberries n did not want to compromise with the quality of their product. Saying that he took a place in my heart n achieved my trust. After few days later, I got my long awaited raspberries with a complementary box filled up with blueberries .
